How to track my package?
You can track your package using your order number as well as your email address by going to the *Track my order* section on our website.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, sometimes this delay can reach 72 hours. Your order will then be entrusted to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. (Depending on periods, promotions, and transport service)
Is delivery free?
This depends on several factors (Promo, periods, etc.). If delivery is free, we will display it on our website.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently, we mainly deliver to Canada.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our premises are located in UNITED KINGDOM. Our international warehouse is located in Asia. However, following our recent development, we are considering launching our next products from a warehouse in Canada, which will allow us to deliver to Canada in less than 7 days.
I didn't receive all the items in my order, what's happening?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If it contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will consequently be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a message via the website contact form, by email or by chat and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
