Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number at any time in the Track My Order section on our website to follow your delivery.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 12 business days for Europe and North America, and 10 to 18 business days for the rest of the world. Most orders arrive within 10 business days.
Yes. BLANQ offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Yes. We deliver to most countries worldwide. For any question regarding a specific destination, contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com.
Our orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse. Depending on your location, your order may be dispatched from our facility in the United Kingdom or our logistics hub in Asia.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is completely normal. Your remaining items are on their way and will arrive shortly.
First check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, BLANQ will cover all return shipping costs in full.
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is applied to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
Contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes. All BLANQ sneakers are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com with photos and your order number.
We make every effort to ensure our photographs faithfully represent each model. Minor colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings. Every BLANQ sneaker you receive will reflect the premium quality shown on our website.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Installment payment in 3x is also available at checkout.
Absolutely. All transactions are fully encrypted and processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.
