Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the website https://blanqofficial.com/.
The customer declares having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale before placing their order. The validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 1 - Principles
These general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the customer is deemed to accept them without reservation.
Article 2 - Content
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the buyer, from the website.
Article 3 - The Order
The buyer has the possibility of placing their order online. For the order to be validated, the buyer must accept these general conditions. They must also choose the delivery address and method, and finally validate the payment method.
The sale will be considered final after the seller has sent the buyer confirmation of acceptance of the order by electronic mail and after full payment of the price has been collected.
Article 4 - Pre-contractual Information
The buyer acknowledges having been informed, prior to placing their order and concluding the contract, in a legible and comprehensible manner, of these general terms and conditions of sale and all the information listed in Article L. 221-5 of the Consumer Code.
Article 5 - Electronic Signature
The online provision of the buyer's bank card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the buyer's agreement, the enforceability of the sums due, and signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out.
Article 6 - Proof of Transaction
The computerized registers, kept in the seller's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties.
Article 7 - Product Information
The products governed by these general conditions are those featured on the seller's website. They are offered within the limits of available stocks. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, the seller's liability could not be engaged.
Article 8 - Price
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force indicated at the time of the order. Prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Article 9 - Customs and Import
For orders to countries outside the UNITED KINGDOM, the buyer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the seller. They will be borne by the buyer and are their sole responsibility.
Article 10 - Payment Method
This is an order with payment obligation. The full price must be paid when placing the order. The seller reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of bank card payment authorization.
Article 11 - Product Availability
Except in cases of force majeure, shipping times will be, within the limits of available stocks, those indicated below. In case of unavailability, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery means the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form.
Article 13 - Delivery Errors
The buyer must report to the seller on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products.
Article 14 - Product Guarantee
The seller is the guarantor of the conformity of the sold goods to the contract (Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects according to the Consumer Code and the Civil Code).
Article 15 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of delivery of their order. Note: Our commercial policy extends this right to 30 days (see Return Policy).
Article 16 - Force Majeure
All circumstances beyond the control of the parties preventing the execution of their obligations under normal conditions are considered grounds for exemption from the obligations of the parties and result in their suspension.

Article 20 - Non-waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not rely on a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these general conditions cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
