For an order to be confirmed, the customer must:

The sale is considered final upon receipt of the order confirmation email and full collection of payment.

For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Article 11 — Product Availability
In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be offered a full refund or equivalent alternative.

Article 13 — Delivery Errors & Non-Conformity
Any claim relating to a delivery error must be reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery at contact@blanqofficial.com.

All BLANQ sneakers are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Article 15 — Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

Article 16 — Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
