All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation. During peak periods, processing may extend to up to 5 business days.

Please allow the full processing window to elapse before inquiring about your shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Article 2 — Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

BLANQ offers complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Article 4 — Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this in the Track My Order section on our website.

  • Allow 1 to 3 business days for your tracking number to become active
  • If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com
  • Do not contact us about shipment status before the processing window has elapsed

Article 5 — Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority.

  • BLANQ is not responsible for any customs or import fees incurred
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that such fees may apply
  • We recommend consulting your local customs authority prior to ordering

Article 6 — Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate at checkout.

  • BLANQ cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address
  • If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, check with neighbours or your local post office first
  • In the event of a carrier-confirmed lost package, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution

Article 7 — Transaction Integrity

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team will be subject to investigation and may result in legal proceedings. We strongly encourage all customers to reach out to us directly.
