Article 4 — Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this in the Track My Order section on our website.
- Allow 1 to 3 business days for your tracking number to become active

- Do not contact us about shipment status before the processing window has elapsed
Article 5 — Customs & Import Fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority.

- In the event of a carrier-confirmed lost package, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution
