We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- The return request must be submitted to contact@blanqofficial.com before shipping the item back
Any return initiated without prior written approval from our support team will not be accepted.
Article 2 — Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will make it right — at no cost to you:
- Contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery at contact@blanqofficial.com
- Provide a clear description of the defect along with supporting photographs
- Our team will review your request and confirm the return procedure within 48 hours
In the event of a confirmed defect, BLANQ will cover all return shipping costs and dispatch a replacement as swiftly as possible.
Article 3 — Return Shipping
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:
- Use a tracked shipping service — untracked returns cannot be guaranteed
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for added protection
- Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved:
