Return policy

Article 1 - Return Period

We accept returns of items within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information. To be eligible, your pair of sneakers must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Article 2 - Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at contact@blanqofficial.com, providing details and photos of the product. We will then inform you of the return procedure.

Article 3 - Return Shipping

If you wish to return the product, you must contact us beforehand.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

For high-value items (like our Premium models), we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Article 4 - Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Article 5 - Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card issuer. If, after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@blanqofficial.com.

Article 6 - Exceptions

Items that are personalized or custom-made are not eligible for return or refund. These sales are considered final.
